"Хенкель": будівництво для майбутнього

На Львівщині реалізується ще один масштабний німецький інвестиційний проект

Концерн "Хенкель Баутехнік" входить до складу відомої міжнародної групи компаній, яка займається виробництвом будматеріалів, котрі сьогодні вкрай необхідні для швидкого зведення житлових чи промислових об'єктів. Нещодавно в місті Миколаєві, що на Львівщині, відбулося урочисте закладення пам'ятної капсули у фундамент нового заводу з виробництва будівельних сумішей Ceresit компанії "Хенкель Баутехнік (Україна)".

Це вже п'ятий завод цієї фірми в Україні. А запровадження нового підприємства дасть змогу працевлаштувати понад 150 наших співвітчизників, а також поліпшити ситуацію в соціальній сфері завдяки значним відрахуванням до місцевого бюджету.

На жаль, галицькі ЗМІ, особливо телевізійні, чомусь проігнорували цю небуденну для регіону подію. Між тим, це вже другий за фінансовою вагою - після фірми "Леоні" (Стрий) - німецький інвестиційний проект в економіку Львівщини.

Генеральний директор компанії "Хенкель Баутехнік (Україна)" Володимир Соха та делегат бюро німецької економіки в Україні пані Карін Рау зауважили, що для розміщення такого виробництва на теренах Західної України підшуковували чимало майданчиків у різних областях. Проте вирішальним фактором у створенні підприємства саме в Миколаєві стала навіть не близькість його до місцевої сировини, себто вапняку, а максимальне сприяння запропонованим інвестиціям районної та міської влад.

Миколаївський міський голова Богдан Гук не приховував радості: адже виробництво, яке має стати до ладу вже наприкінці цього року, принесе місту не тільки нові робочі місця. До місцевого кошторису підприємство, коли вийде на повну потужність, сплачуватиме щороку майже 5-7 млн грн податків.

Що ж до виробничих потужностей нового заводу, то вони становитимуть майже 200 тис. тонн асортиментної продукції на рік. До того ж, як обіцяють власники, тут дотримуватимуться євростандартів екологічної безпеки, що для Миколаївщини вкрай важливо.
